Best Western Ottumwa Inn & Suites

The room/bed was comfortable and the location felt safe. The breakfast was available, but not very good with much selection. It was easy to get in and out of with no problems with parking or staff or anything.

I love how friendly the staff were. The facility was very clean and the breakfast was amazing.. The place was very accommodating. I had a medical emergency and the response was very quick from the staff at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. The place very clean.

The whole experience was excellent Very friendly. I had a small dog so I was grateful to stay close to an exit. I appreciated that very much Room was very clean and well stocked with towels The included breakfast was well set up. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone

It was a very convenient location for us, and we didn’t have to travel far. It was a very clean and nice hotel! We took our dogs, and there were no problems!

Almost all the staff was super friendly and helpful. Carolyn was so sweet and gave me run down of the town. I can assure you, if it wasn't for her, I don't think many people would stay there
